The Medical Homes DC Quality Improvement Manager is a member of the Medical Homes DC team and will work collaboratively with the team on developing and implementing performance improvement education opportunities/activities with our community health centers. The Health Quality Improvement Manager must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks, able to work with diverse people and groups, and carry a heavy workload. This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of various programs, quality improvement activities, and grant projects for DCPCA. The Health Quality Improvement Manager will also provide guidance to the community health center leadership and staff on process improvement applications and innovative approaches to health care management challenges. The applicant must be able to interact comfortably with senior staff, District officials, and community leaders as needed. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maximum accountability.
