Wanted: Pregnant Teen Women
The DC Birthing Project of Birthing Project USA is recruiting pregnant teen women with due dates between August and October to be mentored by 10 amazing Sister Friends.  The DC Stop will work with young mothers (teens and young women under 23) primarily -- providing them with mentoring as they transition through pregnancy and into motherhood.  The "Little Sisters" [young mothers] in each cycle are clustered based on due dates (ideally within 4-6 weeks of one another).  Sister Friends intends to provide a community baby shower, and monthly brunches with all the Big and Little Sisters.  If you would be a good match for this program, or are interested in becoming a Sister Friend or offering other support, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , CHHC, CBE, at (202) 277-6172.
