Peer Group Description: The aim of the DCPCA Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Peer Group is to share best practices and resolve common challenges to advance the IBH model to improve health outcomes. It’s an informal group of peers who can learn from each other to advance their practice’s goals. It’s also a vehicle for tackling broader, system-wide challenges for IBH in the District.
DCPCA Peer Groups provide a learning forum to advance best practices and build strategic partnerships. Peer Groups allow staff to identify key challenges and propose coordinated systems-level solutions. We invite subject matter experts as guest speakers including those from academia, government agencies, community-based organization, and national healthcare bodies.
