Brittany Jones is a dedicated cancer patient navigator with wealthy experience in primary care services. With her extensive experience in the medical field and education in health services and patient advocacy, Brittany has the knowledge and expertise required to help clients get the care they need. Brittany's journey in healthcare began as a diabetes health coach, where she developed a passion for patient advocacy. Over time, she has expanded her expertise to other areas such as primary care, internal medicine, oncology, and infectious disease. As Cancer Patient Navigator of the DC3C Program for DCPCA, Brittany is responsible for assisting patients of Whitman Walker Health Center throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive colorectal cancer services, treatment care linkage, and follow-up care on abnormal results. Brittany is known for her exceptional compassion and empathy, which aid her in delivering exceptional patient care.
