DC Connected Care Network Appoints Charles Rosado as Vice President of Network Operations

Washington, D.C. (July 17, 2024)  — The DC Connected Care Network (DC CCN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Rosado as Vice President of Network Operations. In this pivotal role, Charles will lead the maturation of the clinically integrated network alongside seven Federally Qualified Health Centers, establishing a high-performing value-based care system that offers comprehensive primary care, specialty care, chronic disease management, and various social support services at over 45 locations throughout the District.

Originally from Queens, New York, Charles brings nearly 25 years of extensive experience in the healthcare services industry, navigating various roles across the healthcare payer and provider continuum, including large payers such as Cigna and Anthem Blue Cross. In 2017, he transitioned to focus on home health provider support, specialty pharmacy home infusion, and primary care.

Charles is dedicated to enhancing the synergy between operational execution and strategic vision, with a commitment to improving healthcare affordability and outcomes for the community.
