DCPCA submitted a letter to the Insurance Market Working Committee of the Health Benefits Exchange (HBX) calling for HBX to conduct an assessment for network adequacy including behavioral health for all qualified health plans to ensure the plan’s ability to provide services for those in their care. DCPCA also called for provider directories to be updated to ensure the accuracy of the information disseminated to consumers; and health plan quality measures to be available to consumers as they make decisions for their health care coverage.
