Sybil is a DC metropolitan native and a health information technology professional, who boasts over 5 years of diverse experience across non-profit organizations, federal government agencies, and various DMV hospitals. Her expertise lies in successfully implementing and managing health information systems, underpinned by a steadfast belief in equitable healthcare access for all.

Graduating from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Sybil holds a bachelor’s degree in health administration and policy, complemented by a minor in information systems. Furthering her bachelor’s education, she earned her master’s degree in health information technology from her alma mater and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in business administration, specializing in healthcare, at Johns Hopkins University.
